These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 24phdream ("24phdream," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://24phdream.asia and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 24phdream Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 24phdream, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with 24phdream's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 24phdream. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific rules or promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of that conflict only.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual User on the 24phdream Platform for the purpose of accessing real-money gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion or bonus offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" refer to Philippine e-wallet and digital payment services operated by their respective licensed entities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 24phdream prior to processing withdrawals, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds or verified withdrawal-eligible winnings held in a player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.

To register and maintain an active account at 24phdream, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for lawful participation in gaming activities in the Philippines as defined under applicable PAGCOR regulations. 24phdream strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to access real-money gaming services.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to confirm the legality of online gaming in your specific location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 24phdream, nor a close family member of any such individual, without prior written consent from 24phdream's compliance team.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from 24phdream or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) real-money account at 24phdream. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address accessible only by you, your date of birth, your Philippine mobile number, and a secure unique password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly notify 24phdream of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 24phdream login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your legal responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 24phdream support immediately via live chat.

24phdream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) the account holder is found to be ineligible; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon closure for cause, 24phdream may forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable law.

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR's player protection requirements, 24phdream operates a mandatory KYC verification program. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

24phdream may additionally request a recent selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, and in certain circumstances, proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name. KYC verification is typically processed within a few hours of submission during business hours. 24phdream reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

If an account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request, 24phdream reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges until verification is completed, or to close the account and return deposited funds to the original payment source.

24phdream accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and InstaPay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 24phdream's discretion.

• The minimum deposit at 24phdream is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 24phdream account in Philippine Peso (PHP) only.
• 24phdream does not charge fees for standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error or in excess of your intended deposit limits must be reported to 24phdream support immediately. Deposits that have been wagered cannot be reversed.

24phdream may impose deposit limits based on account status, responsible gaming settings, or regulatory requirements. Players may voluntarily set their own deposit limits through their account settings, which 24phdream strongly encourages as part of responsible gaming practice.

All withdrawals from 24phdream are subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed until KYC documentation has been submitted and approved.

• GCash: Approximately 5 minutes for KYC-verified accounts under standard transaction volumes.
• PayMaya: Approximately 10–30 minutes under standard conditions.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay: 1–4 hours under standard conditions; may extend during peak periods or Philippine banking holidays.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit (return-to-source principle), unless 24phdream's compliance team approves an alternative method.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own name are strictly prohibited.
• 24phdream reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns, which may result in extended processing times.
• Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

24phdream offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms and the specific terms published with each individual offer.

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods — if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• 24phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Players who register using VPN services, proxy servers, or who create accounts under false identities for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will have their accounts suspended and all bonus winnings forfeited.
• 24phdream's determination of whether bonus conditions have been met is final and binding.

All games available on the 24phdream Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, sports betting, bingo, and arcade games — are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In case of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for that game's operation.

All bets and wagers placed on 24phdream are final once confirmed. Players accept the house edge and Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game, which are published by the respective game providers. 24phdream does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the natural house edge embedded in the game's mathematical model.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects gameplay — including incorrectly displayed odds, game results, or balances — 24phdream reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. Any winnings derived from a clear technical error will not be honored. Players who knowingly exploit technical errors may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

Sports betting odds on 24phdream — including odds for PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, sabong, and international competitions — are updated in real time. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet slip is confirmed and accepted by the system, the locked-in odds apply. 24phdream reserves the right to suspend markets, cancel bets, or withhold payouts pending investigation where match integrity concerns arise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 24phdream Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that enables non-human gameplay, bet placement, or account operation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Money laundering or using 24phdream as a vehicle for any financial transaction associated with illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any communication with 24phdream.
• Operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a third party's identity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 24phdream employees, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back a deposit made to 24phdream through your payment provider without first exhausting 24phdream's internal dispute resolution process.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where warranted.

24phdream is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment, and 24phdream does not encourage players to view gambling as a source of income.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts notify players of elapsed session time at customizable intervals.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a voluntary break of 1–7 days from all real-money gaming, activatable immediately through account settings or via live chat support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from 24phdream. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately with no waiting period. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account will be blocked and no marketing communications will be sent.

24phdream reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, without any obligation to inform the player of the specific basis for such action.

All content on the 24phdream Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, user interface elements, promotional materials, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 24phdream or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Platform's intellectual property without the express prior written consent of 24phdream.

The 24phdream name, logo, and brand identity are registered marks of 24phdream. Unauthorized use of these marks in any medium — digital, print, social media, or otherwise — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

24phdream collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, gameplay, and payment processing is used for the purposes of: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where consent is provided, marketing communications. 24phdream does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with regulated third-party providers (such as KYC verification services and payment processors) only as necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 24phdream's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service provided by 24phdream shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

24phdream shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (c) damages resulting from player decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform; or (d) interruptions in service caused by factors outside 24phdream's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 24phdream makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game contained therein, to the extent permissible under Philippine consumer protection law.

In the event of a dispute, complaint, or grievance relating to the 24phdream Platform, account, game outcome, payment, or these Terms, the following resolution process applies:

Contact 24phdream's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Provide your registered account details, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction references, timestamps). 24phdream will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to 24phdream's compliance or management team in writing. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days of the escalation request.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, players may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint channels. 24phdream cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute investigation procedures.

Lodging a dispute does not waive your obligation to comply with these Terms during the dispute resolution process. Chargebacks filed with payment providers before exhausting this internal process are a breach of these Terms.

24phdream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 24phdream will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect (except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive).

Your continued use of the 24phdream Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure with a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance prior to the effective date.

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the 24phdream Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, proceeding, or dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
